I was once told that the type of wrestler I was would be the kind of man I will be.
The world looks magnificent through the lens of gratitude and pride.

Use your bruises. I know it doesn’t feel like it, but ultimately, they are there to guide you. And most importantly, they come with a gift.

your words, actions, and concern fall on deaf ears when someone is in a semi-slide.
There is a possibility, heck, maybe even a probability, that you will give everything you have and not get the reward you sought after. But that doesn’t mean you stop doing the right thing.
Pain is painful.
It is also necessary.
Pain is a motivator for one to act.
Pain is the stimulus of change, improvement, and correction.
